<<<Well, the list has spoken. Thanks. Seems that the collective wisdom is to put the digifant system back to totally stock, everything at stock spec>>> Only the settings not the parts...
<<<Are you guys saying I have to get rid of my header, 16V catalyst, Walker Turbo, K&N filter, Jacobs ignition amp, Platinum +4 plugs, ratio rockers, and Mobil 1?? Maybe I'll just overlook the fact that my digifant setup isn't as God and VW intended. It is working very well.>>> NO
If it is running rich, put the AFM back to the stock settings. The wiper track might be worn out and giving incorrect readings. Check the readings on the Temp II sensor. I had a bad "new" sensor. The O2 sensor if a clip in, could could be giving incorrect voltages to the ECU. Check the wire coming off the hall sensor to see if it is cracked and shorting out. Mine was shorted out and damaged several FI parts.
