Hello all.  I am new to the list.  Glad to be here.
I tried to use the archives.  I was unable to get any response.  Are there
any tricks to using the search feature??


1st off.  I need to sort two things out with my 1980 Vanagon.  Its drivers
door window was broken before I bought it.  I also need to replace the
battery.  What battery should I go with?  Since it is a camper, I would
believe that I would want a battery with I good reserve capacity.  So that I
wont drain the battery when parked.  I have checked with the local junk
yards, they do not have a window.  What year of Van has the same window as
my 1980 Vanagon Camper?
