Subject: Re: horn replacement
Comments: To: jensmiles2@hotmail.com

Jen; I have seen VW horns at most auto parts stores, usually about $12. The horn on my wife's 85 quits working about every three months. First the contacts in the steering wheel will foul up then the ground connection on the column. Next the horn terminals will corrode followed by the fuse becoming intermittent. Then the cycle repeats. It's always something. Personally I think she uses her horn too much and is wearing it out. [;-/
