Subject: POP-TOP Counter Balance Problem
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"

I think my 87 has the counter balance setup. There are steel cables runing inside the tubes of the pop tob, but the whole thing does not work. I see no extra weights or shocks.

Does anyone know of an adjustment to make?
