Kaptain; I have not replaced any line on a Vanagon but I did do all the lines in my 356. I purchased them all at NAPA. They have a display with dozens of different lengths with either standard or metric fittings attached. Also purchased a bending tool there. Everything was relatively cheap. While you at it I recommend doing as many slave cylinders as you can afford. The BD has the rear ones dirt cheap.
