Hi Stuart,

Thanx for the suggestion. It's hard to imagine that the Digifant primary final stage can overheat & ruin the ignition coil and not damage the Digifant control module itself. This module operates flawlessly with easy starting, good performance & economy etc. I'm installing the new ignition coil today so I'll be watching. I had thought that if the Digifant module had the tendency to "cook" ignition coils, someone else would have encountered it by now.
