Hi, I'm going to look at an '84 westy and after talking to the seller it seems like a good deal. My only worry is a comment he made about the van running a bit hot in city driving. Is this a problem or just a result of stop and go driving? he's asking $3,800, says the engine is a factory rebuild, the brakes were redone 2 years ago and new tires where put on last summer. Any tips or opinions? I've had three VW's, 2 busses ('70 & '71 air-cooled) and a 65 squareback, this would be my first water cooled VW. Thanks, Juli
