Subject: Possible 85 Westy for sale, maybe
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" ; format="flowed"

There is a chance that I will need to sell George in August. What is the market for one, i.e. about how long does it take to sell for those of you who have sold recently. I'm thinking about $6500, is that reasonable? I really don't want to sell, but my job may take me where George won't want to go, and not too sure the cost of storing for a year or two would be worth it. Appreciate any advice. If you might be interested, let me know and I will keep a list for when and if I need to part with my last love.

Located in Atlanta, GA

1985 GL Westy, both tables, everything works Center swivel seat w/ storage compartment brown (Bronze Beige Clearcoat Metallic) original radio works, cassette doesn't work Rear window wiper/washer about 88,000 miles, new speedo at about 68000 original heads/engine (average little over 20 mpg) new brakes, shocks, muffler, cat, battery Michelin MXT 205/70 R14 (10,000 miles on them) AC converted to Freeze 12, fair aftermarket cruise control some records from original owner and all records from me (18 months, 22,000 miles) Pretty good shape, very few minor dings. Was kept in garage by PO but I don't have one, last 18 months.
