Just to letcha know ; ) I do a LOT of warranty work for companys like HP, Compaq and IBM... and ALL of them suffer outrageous delays. Most recent being HPs inability to provide a proprietary power supply for over 2 months, and Compaq's recent canning of the manufacturer of a certain type of motherboard that I replace nearly daily in a fleet of laptops. Sigh... That said... I sure hope my speedo cable and wheel bolts come in soon!
