Oh, in my previous rant I forgot to mention that having someone sit on the luggage rack befor bolting and screwing it on helped to seal the front better. But you're then faced with the fact that the holes in the fiberglass dont line up with the screw brackets.

Did I mention I think the luggage seal might be too thin????????

Looks like I picked the wrong week to give up coffee.
