I can't say I'm either surprised or sorry. They sent me a bad head, and finally agreed to exchange it. It took 7 phone calls to get them to credit me for the bad one, because they charged me for the replacement. After the head replacement, I never could get the leaks stopped, and kept blaming my labor. Finally bought a long block, and found the problem was a crack on their head between a water jacket and spark plug. They refused to make it good. If I ever treated any of my lock and key customers the way I was treated by Mark Stephens, I would deserve all the flames generated by this list. Customer service is the key in the service industry, and they failed at it miserably. Steve Sandlin Steve's Lock Shoppe www.steveslockshop.com '84 Wolfsburg Westy '79 Transporter '00 New Beetle |
