Ron doesn't reply to e-mails to the busdepot, unless specifically sent to his account. Jerry, his assistant does most of the replies. I sent them an e-mail, and had a response within 24 hours. They have a business to run, and that does not necessarily involve sitting patiently by the computer waiting for questions to come in. If you call their number, they will answer.
