I recently discovered a surface cleaner Bar Keepers Friend and a spot remover Just 'n Time that are both made by the same company. One or both of these might help clean the headliner. My "testimonial story" is that I ordered the "6-pack" of Just 'N Time spot remover about 3 weeks ago. My wife has already (happily) used all 6 bottles and I'm supposed to be ordering more instead of reading the Vanagon list...
