Subject:      Removing Rear Heater

I am in the process of removing the rear bench heater from my van (never use it, want the space). I had planned on just putting bolts in the hoses and clamping then off where they attach to the rear heater, but upon inspection, the hoses that continue up front to the front heater are pretty old and droopy and I am thinking I might want to replace these as well. Has anyone done this? Anyone know what the part numbers are? Can I use a standard hose?

This looks like this:

FH RH E || || || =========================

FH = Front Heater RH = Rear Heater E = Engine
