Ron doesn't reply to e-mails to the busdepot, unless specifically sent to his account. Jerry, his assistant does most of the replies. I sent them an e-mail, and had a response within 24 hours. They have a business to run, and that does not necessarily involve sitting patiently by the computer waiting for questions to come in.

If you call their number, they will answer.

Maybe Ron's policies should be added to the FAQ... do we even have one of those? ;)
