Subject: Re: Mark Stephens

I can't say I'm either surprised or sorry. They sent me a bad head, and finally agreed to exchange it. It took 7 phone calls to get them to credit me for the bad one, because they charged me for the replacement. After the head replacement, I never could get the leaks stopped, and kept blaming my labor. Finally bought a long block, and found the problem was a crack on their head between a water jacket and spark plug. They refused to make it good.

If I ever treated any of my lock and key customers the way I was treated by Mark Stephens, I would deserve all the flames generated by this list. Customer service is the key in the service industry, and they failed at it miserably.
