For what it's worth, I ordered from Ron's web site a week and a half
ago, got email confirmation 1-2 days later, and the package arrived
3-5 days after placing the order (I was out of town when UPS
delivered, so I don't know the exact day of arrival).  Only praise
from this customer!

Did you email Ron directly or did you use the customer service email
address from the web site?  That may make a difference... but I'm
just guessing.
