Three pieces (two sides and back) that close in the bottom of the hole somewhat -- the muffler is mounted under the rear piece. And two pieces on the engine itself, covering the pushrod tubes on each side. That's all there is...

No. Except for *possibly* the rear piece over the muffler. The engine covers are much easier to install if you open the holes into slots where they attach to the exhaust bolts. The left and right engine covers are similar but not identical, in case you're buying bits.
