Subject:      Cleaning the poptop

Does anyone have a reccomendation for cleaning the outside of the pop-top on
a westie? Ours is dull and faded from being in the sun. Also, if you rub
your hand on it, you get a fine dust like chalk (I assume this is the
fiberglass starting to erode). What can I use to clean and seal this up?
