Here's my 2 cents: :')

Forget just buying the car or dealing with a mechanic, how about when you are broken down on the side of the road and some good samaritan stops in his ford (chevy, honda etc.) to help fix your vw. Because you're a woman they immediately assume you know nothing about your car and insist on trying to fix it themselves. I have had to beg them to leave my poor engine alone, had one yahoo almost set my '71 bus on fire! I went to get a tool and the dumbass had to jump in! It's not easy to convince some guy who knows how to fix a ford, that you know way more about your volksy than he does!

Enough ranting, gotta get back to work!
