Hello List, A general brake question... I replaced my rear brake shoes and now the drum won't go on. I have the adjusting stars worked so that the shoes are in the most retracted (smallest) position, and I still can't get the drum on. The linings on these new shoes is considerably thicker than the old shoes, but I figured that's because of heavy wear. I checked and rechecked the shoes, and they're the right ones (or so I'm told). Ideas on how to get this drum on? Thanks, Chris _______________________________________________________ Personal Homepage ~ http://www.geocities.com/Athens/9860 Email ~ theerion@gator.net ICQ ~ 77358087 Yahoo Messenger ~ gkikoboy
