Subject: leaking skylight question.

So I have a leaking skylight on my 84 westy. Do I replace the whole thing or can I just replace some parts to stop the leak? Any suggestions as to stopping the leak temporarily until I get it fixed? Any suggestions as to cleaning the headliner to get any water stains off? Thanks all Sean 84 westy.
