OK, here is a bizarre technique that iI learned way back, when I was in high school, and I was working in a body shop. We had just repaired a 61 Caddy, and it had some electrical fire damage, and it stunk to high heaven! The boss sent me to an apple orchard, and I was to buy, two bushel's of apples. When I got back to the shop, I was instructed to place the apples all over the inside of the car, and close the doors. Those apples were left in there for 1 week, and they shriveled up to nothing. I then was told to remove them, and the inside of the car didn't smell like there was ever a fire in there! It seems that the apples absorbed all the smoke smell! It smelled like apples, and the customer was ecstatic! Sounds weird, but it works!

Later,

Terry
