Subject: A/C leak sealer
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"

Listees,

Thank you to those who replied to my recent question about Autobahn coolant. Now a new question. Recently there was a thread about A/C problems, leaks and conversions. My experience with my '87 and now my '90 Westy, has been that they do have inherent leaks and need to be topped up at least once a year and the techs with their electronic detectors and dyes have not been able to find the leaks. Has anyone had any experience (success?) with the leak sealers/detectors-in-a-can that are available? Or is that just more snake oil?

Thanks, Jerry
