Sorry, but it's the patronising tone in the above extract which does it for me. I've been on this list for about 2 years now & I've never seen any of the usual list vendors (BD, Ken, Bob, etc..) resort to this kind of behaviour.

Has someone forwarded on Kevin's response to the other VW lists? I think others need to see this ....
