Yes. Thanks. The break is right at the end of the cable in the engine compartment where it meets the metal end clip thingy that hooks to the accelerator lever. I suppose there is an easy rigging I could work out. For the moment I used about a 1 inch piece of coat hanger and the existing clamp with the 8mm nut clamped on to the actual cable to rig it up to get me home. But I'm heading across the country and would like a more trustworthy hook up before I hit the road.
