Hi Donna, Yes, I think you got it right and have hit the nail smack on the head. What I meant by "dilettante", by the way, is someone who is attracted to something or another but does not necessarily want to get too deeply involved with whatever it is. Like me and the "Saturday Opera". I love the Opera, specially the Italian Operas, although I don't have a clew what they are singing about. I just love the sound of the human voice soaring to heights of artistic expression. (and, as davidb kindly pointed-out to me one time, I probably don't really want to know what they are actually saying, anyway, as most of it is pretty dumb) It is not important enough of an issue for me to make the effort to learn Italian. Hence, I am an operatic dilettante. To call myself a operatic devotee would not be accurate.

Meanwhile, there is hardly a day goes by that I do not wonder about you and your timing light. How did you make out w/ that?
