    Been wondering about you.

I have taken apart a few of these fridges, and that hole in the vent pipe
should not be there.  Someone has seriously been messing around in your
fridge.  Is your fuse behind the driver's seat good?

I take it that it does not run on gas(propane), right?
That aluminum foil should be removed too.  Do you have access to an air
compressor?  If so, check that when you put air through the gas pipe on the
top of the fridge, it finds its way to the burner jet.  Could be that this
is plugged up.  Seal that burner chamber up good.

You might be able to rig some sort of muffler (auto parts store) or tail
pipe patch over that hole in the vent pipe.  That is making it vent in the
wall of your van instead of outside.  Is it rusty behind your fridge?
