Not familiar with rear drums squealing.  Usually it's front rotors / pads.

However, try some stuff from CRC called Brake Quiet (I think).  It's in a
small plastic squeeze bottle with a squirt tip.  It's bright pink and about
the consistency of toothpaste. Though it's intended for disc pads, it should
work on shoes too.  Spread this stuff on the back of the shoes (per the
microscopic instructions on the bottle).   I'd suggest also that you check
to be sure that all of the linkages, pins, attachments have been properly
lubed with either synthetic or moly high temp. grease.  If they still squeal
after this, I have no idea what to do!
