Actually, it seems he is cutting you a break.....I sell a lot of used parts on the net, and I must get a Cashier's Check or Money Order before I ship anything.......

you would not believe the number of times people have emailed that "the check is in the mail" and it never comes.......that is why I never ship till I receive!
