Gary; All those are good possibilities. Also check for vacuum leaks. This subject includes a lot of areas. While the problem is present, pinch of the crankcase breather hose( making sure the hose is not rotted and cracked, mine was). If it quits let me know. If not I would then check the throttle body alignments outlined in the Bentley, very critical. I would also remove the ISV(idle stabilizer valve) and flush it out with throttle body cleaner i.e. safe for O2 sensors etc.. If after all that and still no go then write me back and I will share one of the "Secrets of the Inner Circle"; How to adjust the ISV!!
