Check out the aux air regulator. When the engine is cold you should be able to blow through it into the air distribution box. After the engine heats up it should close and you shouldn't be able to blow through it. Yours may be stuck open. Check out your cylinder head temperature sensor (next to/on cylinder #3). With the engine cold it should read around 2500 ohms with respect to ground. After the engine heats up it should approach zero ohms. Yours may have failed open (infinite resistance) which would work for a cold engine, but not for a warmed up engine. The only other thing I can think of is the EGR system (if ya still got it).
