I guess you've ruled out the obvious: the compressor is running? With
pressures that high on the low side, and that low on the high, makes me
wonder if the compressor is even working. Clutch working solidly? The only
other thing that comes to mind is moisture, but you said it has been
vacuumed several times. My AC service manual points to a faulty compressor,
or stuck EPR or STV (both of which I am fairly certain it doesn't use). Good
