Before renting the U-haul dolly, try your van on it first. I've found the front wheel stops are too high to clear the body when the wheels drop into the well. I would not tow with the rear forward as it can become a little unstable. BTDT. To keep from damaging the transmission, I would unbolt the rear drive shafts from the wheel flanges. Dennis
