Stephen- A couple of thoughts. When the alignment was done did they check camber and caster too? Some shops will check toe only and say that they did an alignment. If camber is off, the side that is more positive will create "camber thrust" pushing the car to the other side. Also, what about tires? I'm sure you've checked pressure, but how about the structure of the tire? I have a 16V Jetta that drove me crazy pulling and hunting all over the road. I aligned that thing till the adjustments were wearing out. Winter came, I put on snow tires. Problem gone. It was the d**n Pirellis. Try putting fronts on rear and vice versa.
