The price for your 1988 Vanagon is $3875.00 ($3681.00 for the month of July) plus freight from Houston. Please add $100.00 if you have automatic transmission. The oxygen sensor wiring is not incorporated into our wiring harness. We do not require the core return. Please do not hesitate if there are any questions I can answer for you.
Kind Regards, Peter B.

Knowing I'll be needing a new engine sooner or later, there are questions two questions I did not see addressed on your web pages. 1) Will the conversion kit work on a automatic transmission? Any additional parts required to make it work? 2) Has the wiring harness supplied as part of the kit been upgraded to include the oxygen sensor? Or is that something that needs to be modified upon installation? 3) And finally, what is the cost of the conversion kit? Is the 2.1L WBX expected as a core? Thank you for your time. >Have you considered the TIICO conversion? I tried earlier to post this question to the list, but I believe it did not go through. If you get two similar posts, I apologize. Does anyone know the price of this conversion. Their office is closed for vacation, and I'd like to know how the cost compares to others, especially the Subaru swap. Thanks, James Huskins Chapel Hill, NC
