Subject:      Rocker Switch for Fog Lights

I have a hole where that blank switch plate usually is.  There are the 2
switches on top, then the hole in the third spot.  Might I be missing a
switch to something that I could be using?

I have a '90 GL, no fog lights or any other add-ons that I can see, but is
there something there that I don't know about??

I don't know an awful lot about what the '90 GL came with, and I don't  have
the owner's manual either, so I can't check!

Any thoughts?
