David, just swap the rims over and then use the allow wheel lug bolts in front and the alloy wheel lug nuts in rear. That is it. I have heard so many people say that the rear studs need to be longer for the alloys. However when I had some time a few months ago, I measured the rear studs on my '91 Carat (stock alloys) and then on my '84 (stock steel). The lengths were the same! So forget about rear studs, swap over the rims and the hardware and you are good to go.

Thanks, Ken Wilford http://www.vanagain.com John 3:16
