Subject: Re: rear hatch STRUTS on '90 Westy stopped working
Content-Type: text/plain

I replaced the read hatch struts on my '90 vanagon and have the same problem, the hatch does not close without a great deal of effort. I wonder if there is something we can do to resolve this without destroying the new struts? WD40? an adjustment of some kind? Apparently this is a common problem.

Thanks,

Tom Nevin '90 Vanagon Walnut Creek, CA
