Check the wiring harness on the drivers side.  I had several broken wires
that I repaired several years ago to fix my door locks and electric mirror on
my passenger side.  I am having the same problems again.  Yesterday the
sliding door and passenger door failed to open.  I moved the wiring harness
on the drivers side and the locks opened.
The wires work harden and eventually crack and break.  Check there first.
