Subject: Re: OIL LIGHT AND BUZZER

We dealt with this problem too soon after installing a rebuilt engine. The first time, the pressure switch wires on the engine came in contact with the exhaust header, melted the insulation and grounded out. Second time the wire simply fell off of the pressure switch at the rear of the engine. Discovered after reconnecting that the plug wasn't squeezing hard enough to make a good contact even when reconnected. Took the little plastic cover off of the plug and gave it a squeeze with pliers to tighten it up. Been quiet ever since.
