Subject: Waiting on my parts from Bus Depot...
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii

Normally I wouldn't bitch about service on a list, but the subject was brought up a week or two ago. I am only a 2 day UPS ground ship from bus Depot. I placed my order Monday at 11:30 EST. It's now the weekend and I don't have anything to play with. My Gene Berg shipment that I ordered right before the Depot arrived on Thursday (Ok, I did pay for 3 day, but they sent it Mon afternoon).

Ron, how about a compromise. Tell us if the stuff is in stock and when it will ship. If we think it will take too long we can then ask for expedited shipping. I would never pay for expedited shipping for an order shipped on Mon. from PA to New England. If its not in stock, or its not going to ship for another week let us know. I would have paid additional shipping to get it here this weekend (no doubt it will arrive cheerfully on Mon. when I have to work).

Thanks!

David
