Gary, I have installed a ground cable from the Catalytic Converter to a chassis ground, otherwise, the OXS grounding depends on some rather rusty connections along the exhaust system. I never thought about the possible problem with anti-seize goop. I use a copper based anti seize compound called 'CopaSlip' so it should a conductor - hopefully.

Two more ground cables that I have added are: 1) from the RHS head to a chassis ground because I didn't want to depend upon the rubber head gasket to conduct electricity or worse still to conduct through the anti-freeze. 2) from the AFM body to a chassis ground because the signals from the AFM are minute and the AFM builds up static from the inflowing (dry) air and because the AFM is coupled only by rubber and plastic. Could this be the cause of the 'Vanagon Sydrome?' -Larry
