Sorry about the confusion. I mentioned in my original email that these are the Teves calipers. These do not swing up for pads. Instead, you drive out two pins and just lift the pads out.

I like Joel's idea of replacing and checking the torque of all 4 bolts in light of the oversight. I plan to do the front bearings this Winter, so I might do that then. In the meantime, I was able to track down the part # of the single bolt from my handy dandy ETKA CD. Funds are kind of tight for us now, anybody with a torque wrench near State College, PA? Or should I just do the Muir method?
