The Syncro and 2wd definately take the same brake pads. The 698 middle series versus 615 simply denotes a set or kit. The 115 vs 151 looks like an error to me; someone juxtoposed the numbers, as there are no 115 brake pads that I know of. If your pads are nothing like what you need, then the only possibility I can think of is that you have '80-85 pads. If we shipped you those by mistake (and they are still as-new), we will exchange them regardless of how long it's been. But if you do in fact have '86-91 pads, they will fit Syncro.
