I have an 82 Westy with a California emission system. Two questions: 1) Should the EGR valve lever have some resistance when it is disconnected? When I disconnect the control rod on mine the EGR lever freely moves without any tension at all. 2) I went to change my oil for the first time and the Helicoil that was installed by the PO came out with the plug. What are my options for repairing this now? Thanks for the help, David Cooper |
