Jay, In my 90 Westy Syncro the cabin light is wired via the main fuse panel... the wire is routed up the post (between the driver's door and the windshield), then to the dome light, then back through the body to the cabin light fixture.... as I remember, to split it off and not have it on the same circuit with the dome light you have to run a new wire from the dome light, down the post and then back to the aux battery... Or you could put that whole circuit (think it includes the radio, cig lighter, etc.) on with the aux batt by intercepting it behind the appropriate fuse in the main panel and then running wire under carpet parallel to the stock wire that goes from the main panel back to power the auxiliary battery. It's all lots of fun!!! :) Having the fridge and the sink circuits together is easy... just make sure they are run to the same source in the aux batt box... Bill |
