I know folks would like scientific explanations and data charts but all I have is personnel experience. I use it in my Ford Taurus SHO and it significantly helps keep the cooling system cool. This engine has aluminum heads and is pretty tricky cooling wise so I use everything I can use to help it cool. I do not know if there is something about the Westy coolant that would conflict with water wetter but I intend to add it at the next coolent change. The Westy may not need it as much since the cooling system is so large but I intend to use it anyway, maybe it will help prolong engine life.
