Any advice on improving the fridge in my '89 westy? In hot, humid weather like we're having in Missouri right now it barely works. My '83 westy wouldn't keep ice cream on a day like this but it was adequate. After reading the excellant description of the refridgerator on David Beierl's site (http://pws.prserv.net/synergy/Vanagon) I can see that these units can be ruined either partially or completely just by running them out of level long enough! My question: can they be fixed somehow? Or what about replacing the cooling unit or as a last resort the whole darn thing? P S Many thanks for all your good advice about my propane fill valve problem. All fixed up now (total cost $29.19)

-Michael
