My wife is short and depending on what she's wearing the seatbelt in our Westy can chafe the front of her shoulder. One hot day she was wearing the belt but tucked the shoulder portion under her arm and got a $50 ticket for "improperly wearing"her seatbelt".This is New Mexico where there is no motorcycle helmet law, they still rip around in pickups with the bed filled with unprotected kids, and the jails are so screwed up that they have mistakenly released felons for the past 4 months. Thank God the insurance lobby is protecting us with mandatory seatbelt laws. Pardon the rant,
